DREAM OF SLEEP
$820

Consider ‘Animal Farm’ by George Orwell. A morality tale for adults. A allegorical satire where animals exhibit anthropomorphic qualities.

‘Dream of Sleep’ is a beast fable, or animal tail. Two mice sit upon a vase, one sleeps soundly, the other peers up at the sleeping form, malevolent intent is implied in the mouse’s stance and expression. Their gaze upon the vulnerability of the sleeping mouse creates a sense of impending danger. Between the two mice a Morning Glory vine has grown, wrapping the vase in vines and blooms, concealing the mouse.

This work is a beast fable about a nighttime stalker who attempted to made prey of a woman in a mouse infested house.
