Little Joey is Ant’s favourite rose. I met Ant in Darwin in June 2022 and he was part of the catalyst to move to the Territory. Roses and life bloom in many unexpected ways and places.

Artist Statement: Angela has a strong love for Art, nature and creativity which began at a young age. She completed five years of high school art which fostered a love for painting. She has exhibited predominantly in Japan in locations such as Shibuya, Omotesando and Roppongi. Since returning to Australia in 2009 she has been attending workshops and painting for pleasure. She came to the Territory in 2023 after discovering it in 2020. The Territory was her place to go during her two years working from home via zoom across international borders and it seems to have gotten under her skin.
