Ador Mondal

THE WASTE COLLECTOR
$199

In the painting, an octopus is depicted with its tentacles entangled around various pieces of waste, including a plastic bag, a bottle, and a cane. The vibrant colors of the octopus contrast starkly with the dull, polluted objects, emphasizing the stark reality of sea pollution. The background include murky water or debris, further highlighting the theme of environmental degradation. The octopus, often seen as a symbol of intelligence and adaptability, here becomes a poignant representation of the ocean’s struggle against human pollution. The painting serves as a powerful visual commentary on the impact of waste on marine life.
